Mike Peirce
CEO/Managing Director
Mike is former CTO of lastminute.com and Tiscali (formerly LibertySurf). He has been working with Unite as a strategic consultant for several years and was Director of e-Business with the media agency that delivered the e-commerce property solution to Spicerhaart, the largest estate agent in the UK. While at lastminute.com Mike was instrumental at Board level in defining and implementing the travel transaction solution that encompassed packages and hotel property bookings, and managed a staff of over 150 in 3 countries with a budget in excess of £15m. He has a long history of successful startup experience, built on a firm Blue Chip foundation of 7 years at the Kroger Company as head of R&D.
Vibha Sridhar
Head of Marketing
Vibha has worked as marketing manager with Bluecycle.com (subsidiary of Aviva Plc) and Domino’s Pizza. She has a rich experience in analysing customer buying behaviour and has been instrumental in designing segmentation strategies for the customer base. Her work on segmentation has won awards in Financial Services Forum (Best Consumer Insight) and Connect Awards (Most innovative use of data in a campaign).
Richard Douglas
Board Member
Founded Managed Office Solutions in 1999 and then sold to Regus Group plc in July 2006 after which Richard was retained as Managing Director of the business until resigning in December 2008 to set up Strategic Edge.
Strategic Edge is headed by Richard Douglas, a well known figure in the property arena. Combining a professional background, hands-on business experience and a track-record of success, Richard will either directly execute or actively manage project teams on all of Strategic Edge’s Client commissions.
Richard is also a Director of Cadentrend Limited, Chadwick Holdings Limited and Lochiel Development Limited through which opportunities for equity participation, new ventures and joint venture opportunities can be pursued.
