What is u-rooms and how does it work?
Exploiting the growth in rental market in the UK, u-rooms.com was soft launched in July, 2010 to meet market demand. But what is different? u-rooms will enable landlords to manage their property from pre-tenancy to post-tenancy by unbundling tradesmen and estate agent services.
By unbundling estate agent services landlords will be able to use established agents but not suffer from non-transparent pricing which is typically a healthy percentage of the first years rent, along with a multitude of hidden costs!
