u-rooms was formed in 2009 by Mike Peirce (former CTO of lastminute.com) and Mark Davies (previously head of online for UNITE group, the UK’s largest provider of student accommodation) and are backed by Chadwick Holdings for complete first round investment. u-rooms work with private landlords, corporate providers and agents and have contracts with many of the largest property lettings agents in the UK
